1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Let's Bail (“the Service”) at letsbail.app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Questions can be sent to letsbailapp@gmail.com.

2. Description of Service

Let's Bail is a social coordination tool that lets participants anonymously indicate they want to cancel shared plans. If all participants bail, everyone is notified. If fewer than all participants bail, no individual's bail status is revealed to others.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Submit phone numbers belonging to others without their consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others.
• Circumvent opt-out mechanisms or re-enroll users who have opted out.

4. SMS Messaging

By providing a phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Let's Bail about plans you participate in. Message frequency varies by activity. Standard message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS we send. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to re-subscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.

5. No Guarantee of Service

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that notifications will be delivered on time or at all. SMS delivery depends on third-party carriers and is not guaranteed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Let's Bail and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to missed plans, undelivered notifications, or social misunderstandings resulting from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed $10 USD.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time by opting out of SMS messages (reply STOP) and ceasing to use the site.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
